Mumford Heating Services Complaints Procedure

 

Mumford Heating Services complaints process is only available to customers who have had work undertaken by us.

 

In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied with the work undertaken by Mumford Heating Services, you should first take action by raising the matter in writing and sending this to us via email or by post.

 

You must include in your correspondence, information regarding your complaint, any photographs to support your complaint and how you wish your complaint to be rectified. We will then be able to advise you on the next steps.
